General warranty provisions
The customer benefits, in France, from the legal warranty of two years, in accordance with articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code and L. 211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code. Warranty conditions may vary from one market or region to another.
The warranty covers damage which, in EDYNA's opinion, is not caused by improper use, an accident, normal wear and tear of the jewel and the watch, attempted repair, negligence, non-compliance with the advice of maintenance of EDYNA products.
Any item under warranty that shows a lack of conformity may, upon presentation of proof of purchase and at EDYNA's discretion, be replaced. If the replacement of the good is not possible, the buyer can return the good and be refunded the price.

Beyond the two-year legal warranty, we no longer provide exchange or support for the jewel.

Jewel with manufacturing defect = EXCHANGE or REFUND
If the replacement of the good is not possible, the buyer can return the good ( the return expenses are on the buyer) and be refunded the price.
