How to track my order ?
By accessing the orders section of your Customer Area, you have the possibility to follow the preparation status of your order.
What happens if I am absent at the time of delivery?
If the recipient of the order is absent, your package will be delivered to the postal contact point indicated on the transit advice note left in your mailbox.
Your package will be kept in the postal contact point for a period of 10 calendar days from the day after the day on which the notice of transit is submitted. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.
In the event that the delay is attributable to you (the delivery address you communicated to us was not correct, or you did not pick up the package within the 10 days allowed), the costs reshipping of the parcel will be at your expense.
Where should I collect my package?
For any order placed on the site, you will receive an email reminding you of the delivery address you provided to us. In case of absence during delivery, a calling card from the carrier will tell you where you can receive your package.
Can I change a delivery address // the content of my delivery?
Once the order has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible for you to make any changes.
Indeed, to guarantee you the best delivery times, we prepare and ship your order within hours of validating your basket.
However, you can change your default address for future orders in the my contact details section of your customer area.
