These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all purchase contracts concluded on the online store, a site published by the company EDYNA EURL with a capital of 10,000 euros (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller ”) and the consumer, any natural or legal person, company, business, association, individuals (hereinafter referred to as “the Buyer”).

The offers are valid within the limit of the stocks available at the suppliers. The Buyer will then have the choice of requesting a refund of the amount paid within 30 days of their payment at the latest, or wait for the availability and delivery of the products. An adornment or "SET" is a set of two or more products that are sold as a single product and can therefore only be returned together. Therefore, in case of return of an ornament please return all the articles contained in the lot as well.

If ever the product does not meet your expectations or you have received the wrong product, please contact our customer service within three days of receiving your product. If you return a product to us, please package it as if it were an undamaged product. If we ever receive a product in perfect condition from you, undamaged, delivery costs of 5€ will be charged to you for shipping costs. EDYNA reserves the right to replace defective products with the same model. If the product is no longer available you will get a refund.
