DELIVERIES

We ship all over the world.

FRANCE

Whatever the amount of your order, we offer you the standard delivery in France. (Delivery delay in 3-4 working days).

Delivery to a Pickup Station : €4.55 (automatic selection of the nearest pick up station  to your delivery address)

Premium delivery : €4.95, kindly note that we offer the premium delivery from €60 of purchase in France. (Delivery delay 1-3 working days)

Express delivery : €11.95 (delivery delay within 24 hours for all orders placed before 11 a.m. excluding days off and week-end)

EUROPE

Whatever the amount of your order, we offer you the standard delivery in European Union. (Delivery delay in 5-6 working days).

Premium delivery : €11.95, kindly note that we offer the premium delivery from €150 of purchase in USA & Canada. (Delivery delay 5-6 working days)

Deliveries out of European Union may be subject to customs charges. MYC-Paris is not responsible for its additional costs and disclaims all responsibility for their payment.

All orders placed before 10 a.m. are processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 10 a.m. are processed and shipped the day after.

If you need, you can check your order shipment using your tracking number which you will automatically receive by email.

It takes about 3 to 5 working days before receiving your order. This may fluctuate depending on your geographic location. Thank you for your understanding.

You can track the process and shipping status of your order by accessing the 'orders' section of your client account.

To modify your delivery address, send us an email as soon as possible to support@myc-paris.com with your new address and the order number.

However, we cannot guarantee that we can still modify your address or the content once the order has been validated. Thanks for understanding.

We are sincerely sorry :( It can sometimes take a few days for the premium tracking number to be active. Do not hesitate to contact us at support@myc-paris.com

In case of absence, your package will be delivered to the Post office indicated on the delivery notice left into your mailbox.

Your parcel will be kept at the Post office for about 10 days from the day after you got the delivery notice. At the end of this period, the package will be automatically returned to us.

In case you are responsible for the non delivrance of your order (for instance if the delivery address that you communicated to us was not correct, or if you did not pick up the package within 10 days), the costs for re-shipping the package will be at your charge.

If you have not received your order but the tracking shows the status "delivered", we invite you; first to ask your relatives and neighbors and then to contact us at support@myc-paris.com. We will send you a certificate of non-receipt, and will open an investigation with our carrier. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

No worries ! As soon as we receive your package, we will contact you and reship immediately.

Please kindly note that if the delivery address that you communicated to us was not correct, or you did not pick up the package within 10 days from your pick up station, the costs of reshipping the package will be at your load. Thanks for understanding.

JEWELS

All our jewelry are made of brass and then 3 micron rose or yellow gold plated or rhodium.

There is therefore no risk of allergy. The plating doesn't move, so you can put your jewelry under water, it won't oxidize.

The crystals set on our jewels are crystals from Austria, the brightest that exist. Regarding the pearls, they are freshwater pearls.

We do not recommend that you put your jewelry in contact with perfume and other cosmetics containing alcohol.

Although our jewelry are water resistant, take great care of them ;)

The sizes are indicated on each product description page and you will find a ring sizer to help you choose the most suitable size.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS and REFUNDS

You have every right to change your mind :)

For this, you have a 14 days following the date of receipt of your package to complete your return request in your account.

If your return request is accepted, the refund will be made upon receipt of the return.

(We do not make exchanges. If you wish to change jewelry, return it to us and then place a new order)

NB: Regarding advent calendars, no return is possible. We thank you for your understanding.

For any return from a purchase made at one of our partner marketplaces, we invite you to contact directly the customer service of the site on which you made your order to know their conditions.

The return procedure via our shop is not applicable.

All our jewels are guaranteed for 1 year. The warranty takes into account plating defects and other possible dammages.

Please note: the loss and/or theft of the jewelery is not included in the guarantee, nor is wear and tear related to the wearing of the jewel.

We pay the utmost attention to the quality of our products. If however, despite all the quality controls carried out, a defect is to be reported, we invite you to have this problem noted in order to be reimbursed.

To make the warranty work, we invite you to contact us for a return request at support@myc-paris.com and attach pictures of the product with its visible defect.

We are sorry for this incident out of our control, it happens that our small parcels are abused by the postal services!

Upon receipt of the package, if you believe that the packaging shows signs of deterioration, you can :

Either refuse the package, it will then be returned to us,

Either ask for a provision at the post office so that I can open it in the presence of an agent,

Do not hesitate to contact us at support@myc-paris.com to let us know of any problem with your order.

You can declare your return by logging into your "My Account" area and clicking on "My Orders". Then select the order for which you wish to make your return and click on the "Return" button. You can then indicate which item(s) you wish to return.

Please attach to your package the return form previously completed and printed, to be downloaded from your customer area. Without this return form, the return will not be taken into account by our logistics department.

The products must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition.

You will be refunded the amount including VAT of the returned items excluding delivery costs.

Your refund will take effect within thirty (30) days after receipt of your items.

You will be refunded to the bank account used for payment by re-crediting. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded.

In the event that this return is due to an error on our part, the reshipping costs can be covered by a prepaid return label to be requested from customer service.

It takes approximately 10 working days for your package to reach us.

  

Once received, do not worry, a notification will be sent to you to confirm the good reception of your return.

In case you do not receive the confirmation of receipt by email within 10 days of your return, we invite you to contact our customer service and we will contact you as soon as possible.
